The AC is not cold, and when complained about, it seems like it is ignored, and the sink is also not working, often waking up because of sweating, because it is very hot, please in the future Benhur management pay attention to your employees!

Saya datang pas dengan jam yang ditentukan check in malah disuruh nunggu 1 jam an. Helm saya hilang sungguh mengecewakan, ini adalah pengalaman menginap terburuh bagi saya. Dan saya tidak akan mau kembali lagi kesana!

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, but the room conditions: 1. The room is a little dusty and lots of mosquitoes. 2. The bathroom smells a bit. 3. The sink at the bottom is leaking. 4. The room is not equipped with clothes hangers. 5. The bed frame is dusty and has sticky stains.

Very disappointed. The problem is the blanket when I entered the room was stained. In fact, I have to add it. But it's okay to make a lesson for me later. My message is only to the hotel staff, so if you want to put the blanket on, look at it first. Don't let other people feel what I feel. Once again I'm disappointed.😒.

Hotel jelek. Masa kena kotor dikit saja sprei tidurnya kena denda 300 ribu. Saya tidak akan pernah nginap di hotel ini. Sangat buruk.

Please reset the price, not worth the hotel price of 475k per night. Breakfast is just fried egg noodles. I do not recommend this hotel, especially with families.
