It looks nothing like the brochure pictures. The room was filthy with a squalid bathroom. Paint peeling off the walls. It smelt badly of damp mold and bad air freshener. Had we arrived in the afternoon instead of late evening we would have check straight back out. definitely will not recommend or stay again. very disappointed.

Hotel rooms dirty, facilities not as promises. All cabinets too old and not functioned well. Bathroom also dirty. Not suitable to call as executive rooms.

Bintang hotel need a renovation I guess. Cause double lock in my room is broke. No slippers in my room cause of that make may feet dirt cause the floor full of dust. Just that. I hope this hotel can be better again someday.

Toilet is not clean and dark. There are insects in my room. The blanket is stinky. The towel is not clean. Breakfast is okay. Location is good.
