Super OYO Capital O 4002 Aleander Hotel

It was my first time staying at Aleander Hotel. Okay, so this is my review: Pros (+): 1. Location extremely convenient, near Juanda Station, Istiqlal Great Mosque, Pos Bloc, Cathedral, even Monas and Medan Merdeka. It perfect for staying here if you want to stay near city center of Jakarta and near many tourist location such as Monas, Indonesian art gallery, and many more. 2. The room was exactly perfect for 2 persons with two single bed (twin room) quiet clean and tidy. The floor was made on parquet. 3. Near famous shopping center like Passar Baroe, Pecenongan, Mangga Besar and many restaurants and food hawkers are scattered near the hotel. Especially on near station Juanda. 4. The check-in procedure are simple and taking a short time. You need to deposit 50 thousand rupiah for each access card, no deposit for room. 5. Each room has an AC to make it comfort and air conditioned, a drawer to hang and put your belongings, a TV with local channel (no cable TV or netflix/Youtube/hbo go/Disney Hotstar+), and a stand lamp. Cons (-): 1. It 's a low budget hotel, so only towel provided in the room. No soap, toothbrushes or toothpastes are available. The towels for two can be picked on the front desk form 5:00 pm, you must pick it up by yourself. 2. The bed linen ' sheet were crimpled and looks very old so we can see the stained linen. 3. The pillow 's sheet are dirty; I don't know why they didn't put the new ones at least. 4. The bathroom was dirty; The sink was leaked so the water a dripping when we wash our face/hand on the basin/sink. 5. No hot water available, so you will bath with only cold water but the water 's fresh. 6. The AC is worked but not cold as I expected, maybe it needed to be cleaned.

Hotel paling parah, handuk datang baru jam 17.00 alasan nya lagi di laundry. Air panas buat mandi ga ada. Parah hotel nya 😤😭.

Pelayanan baik. Kebersihan juga baik.

Enggak sebagus gambar, tempatnya emang strategis, tapi kamarnya jorok, kurang bersih, dan sedikit bau, sarung bantal aja jorok hitam, jujur kita sampai tidur enggak pakai bantal. Cukup sekali aja nginap di sini.

Ada bekas putung rokok yang g bersih tersapu. Fasilitas bener-bener seadanya. Tp it 's oke. Dekat dengan istiqlal ♥. Resepsionis ada yang ramah ada yang enggak 😌.
