We really enjoyed our stay at Chandaka Borobudur! The place is super peaceful with beautiful surroundings — perfect for a short getaway. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfy, and quite spacious. WiFi worked fine, and breakfast was tasty with a nice variety. Overall, such a cozy spot to relax and enjoy the Borobudur area. Totally recommend!

The hotel was excellent and very comfortable. From the moment I entered the room, everything, from the floor, bathroom, to the bed was clean, tidy, and fragrant. The atmosphere was very peaceful since the hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close to tourist attractions. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I also ordered food from the hotel, and it tasted quite good. I highly recommend trying their fried rice! 👍

Beautiful hotel, consisting of 7 traditional style houses, spread over a large, very well maintained park. The cottages are nicely furnished, spacious, quiet and very clean. The infinity pool is a must! The staff is really very kind and helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, everything was perfect!

So great!! For those looking for peace and quiet, away from the city and traffic, this is highly recommended. Magelang truly feels beautiful. You can also borrow free bicycles here and explore the rice fields. The location is also convenient for VW tours…

The hotel is close to Borobudur, about 10 minutes by car, and there's a one-way drop-off service. It's situated beside a small river in a pleasant rural setting. Morning jogging or cycling is highly recommended. The hotel consists of 7 villas, so overall it's not very spacious, but it's quite spacious with a swimming pool and surrounding gardens. The executive rooms are large, but the lighting is dim, making them a bit uncomfortable at night. The à la carte breakfast offers limited choices and a somewhat underwhelming experience. The staff were unresponsive, noticing our struggle to lift our suitcases at check-out but didn't offer any assistance. Overall, we were quite satisfied, but this was enough for one stay.

Private villa with affordable price is good here, the room is clean, I happened to take a deluxe room, it's really big, it can accommodate 6 adults.. only the bathroom is really small, it doesn't compare to

The hotel is nice, the atmosphere is really calm. The location is quite a bit inside. The swimming pool is good. It's just that the hot water is not so good, you have to wait 15 minutes apparently but it's still only warm for a while then the water goes cold again. There is no telephone in the room, so it's quite inconvenient if you want to call the receptionist. You have to walk far to the front. Then the bed (villa atama) is hard so when you wake up in the morning your back is quite sore. But overall it's quite okay to stay at this hotel.

Tempat menginap sangat nyaman, hidden gem banget, semua bersih terawat, sarapan enak. Cuma staff-nya kalau ada minta tolong sesuatu agak slow response, bahkan sarapan roti tawar-nya habis mau minta lagi untuk anakku katanya dibeli dulu keluar, sudah nunggu 1/2 jam ga datang-datang, minta antar ke kamar ga diantar-diantar.

Kamar nyaman dan cukup luas, berada samping kolam renang persis. Untuk sarapannya cukup enak cuma kurang varian saja. Untuk water heater mungkin dapat dibenahi karena mudah dingin di setelan hangat.

Sangat bagus sekali. Bersih, ramah anak, saya book kamar family dengan anak-anak begitu menyenangkan, nyaman, tenang, staf ramah, makanan enak tidak banyak variatif tapi rasanya enak sekali, kolam renang bersih, pasti kembali lagi jika ke Borobudur. Rasanya jadi rekomendasi menginap untuk keluarga besar.
