The towel is only given 1, there are no soap supplies in the bathroom, the guest house facilities are incomplete, please improve service and comfort so that customers are satisfied. Thanks 🙏.

The room is comfortable, the air conditioner is loud, unfortunately the towels aren't there 😂 please pay more attention to the facilities to make it easier for you to stay at a city home. Thanks 🙏.

Business travel

The water did not run out because of damage to the hotel pipe when I checked in until the next day. How confused he wants to go to the toilet and ablution. Hopefully later if it happens again like that, the hotel is responsive to fix the call that is skilled to deal with problems that in my opinion are vital. Because we know and are aware, water is a vital necessity. Alhamdulillah, the next morning the water was back to normal. Thanks City Home and Traveloka.
