The place was quiet & cozy, good, and clean. They have a nice covid protocol and great time. The front office also doing their job wonderfully good, Miss Salsa (I think that is her name) especially. Overall, a good experience
The bedroom has private cabin or pod that make us rest well with forest and river music. Free breakfast of coco crunch and milk. It's easy to get snack in the night time, or coffee with affordable price.

When I checked in the receptionist gave my the room and I found out that the air conditioner is not. Working properly. So that my room is very hot. I call th e receptionist from my room to fixed the air conditioner. And is it very long time to fixed it.
It was not nice experience for me in this hotel especially the front office manager. I have a fever all the night and I ask the front desk lady to give me extra time for check out because I want to go to the hospital she give me till 1 o'clock but I have late till 1:30. The manager was very rude when I was going to check out and he told me in very bad way that I late too much. I have explained to him that it 's only 30 minutes because I was in the hospital and I asked him why he is rude to me. He answers that I should make you pay for this 30 minutes delay. This person is not suitable for this position. Specially, he is in the front desk.
