We had dirty bed sheets and no towels in the bathroom. Mini bar refrigerator was very dirty as well.

I don't know in other room. But room at 6th floor was horrible. Even the lamp is not functioning.

The Air Conditioner and hot water does not work, there is no towel, after complaining to the customer service towel is provided.

I asked for the non smoking room but I got a cigarette-smell-everywhere room and the receptionist told me, "there's always a bad customer who didn't follow the rule." and I knew why. they didn't check room condition when we checked out.

Any guest looking to use hot water in the bathroom don't even think about booking this hotel...!!! Hot water not working... Reception desk not answering the phone... Went personally to the reception and made the complaint to fix hot water problem... No response from the hotel... This is really not worth the money... I need refund....!!!! Do you know the solution given by the hotel staff for my hot water problem? To keep the hot water open until the cold water in the hot water line to run out... And do you know that it's about 20 minutes of wasting the precious natural water? I can't understand if the management knows that this kind of idiotic solution is what's given to customers who want to use hot water....!!!

I just staying there like 2 hours till I decided to find another hotel. The room really dirty and spooky. No water shower, no towel, less lighting. Not recommended at all!!!
