There is no receptionist on guard, and limited check-in hours. I am very disappointed if I want to enter at 12 pm then it can't be because the receptionist at 11 pm is very bad.

Air conditioning is hot, parking fees do not include fees paid (before 5 am must be exited if there is no 100 thousand overnight stay).

Did not stay overnight because when it came to the place the officer who was asked did not know the end did not happen even though he had already paid.

This is the first time staying in a hotel with the most bizarre management and full of unpleasant surprises. The hotel that I ordered via Traveloka turned out to be managed by Travelio. Travelio management is really annoying & impressed a lot of people who are mysterious, hidden, and not informed from the start. We feel trapped. Here I explained: some time before checking in, when I was still busy working with clients, I was told to whatsapp many times told to confirm back and forth, because the room I had ordered, was replaced many times to three different rooms. I still keep all the chats. Really crazy. When entering the hotel, it turns out that this apartment is in a mall location that is already bankrupt / closed. At night the atmosphere is rather spooky. Then, everywhere, the hotel checked in at 13-14, I came at 13.30, suddenly told that the check-in must be at 14.30+. It can't be 14 o'clock. Already tired, stuffy, really resentful, and so on are still told to wait that long. When checking in, it can't be done right away, because Travelio doesn't have a reception desk, but has to wait for the person who carries the room key. Really waiting like a pimp open the room door for indehoy. Not enough until there, suddenly requested a deposit, a minimum of a quarter million rupiah. How come it hasn't been said yet ?? I didn't bring cash. You can't use a debit / credit card. Lha Wong doesn't have a receptionist. There are only guards who carry keys that usually just grin and say "I don't know anything, sir." And even crazier, after I transferred the deposit, was told that my deposit was only returned a maximum of 14 working days. Not at check out. Until today, my deposit hasn't returned yet. When entering the room. The room was cramped, stuffy, the floor was dusty, my feet were blackened by the dust of the floor. The wall paper is peeling here and there. If you have to download iflix, then it's just complicated. I can order a hotel with a model room like this for only half the price on olx. For those of you who want to stay via travelio, I really recommend reconsider. Not really worth it. O travelio, please return my deposit immediately !!!
