Don't understand why this kind of hotel is considered as 2 stars hotel. The place is very dark, the staff is not giving a slight smile at all. The room is very old and the bathroom is not good. I was staying only for 2 hour after check-in then decided to check-out because I knew I will not have a good rest if I don't like the place. For the staff, please considering to give the guess a warm smile. :)

the bed that we sleep is not good enough...and the bread just a usual taste...with a regular coffee or tea...but we might have ability to go visit again that room next time...

Hotel was good for me. But the conditon not good. 1. Mattress worn out 2. Toilet fittings loose and damage 3. Door interside top panel dislodged.

I was given a room on the 4th floor located at the end of the floor. I did not have a good sleep and rest due to noises from the outside which could be from the ac. Bed was comfortable, location was good near to the airport. I hope the management will take my complaint about the noise and rectify it.
