Rundown hotel! It is the worst condition hotel I have ever been to, the condition even worse than a cheap guest house.- no running hot water.- some light is broken.- smelly room.- dirty bed sheet.- headboard is broken.- intercome dead.- they don't even have stock drinking water, I have to go outside in the rain because I try to ask/order water but not available. Book for 2 nights but it is in such terrible conditions, I will only stay for 1 night, honestly, I am afraid of using the blanket 😓

The air conditioner is not cold , the bathroom is not clean, there is no hot water.

The room lights suddenly went out, only 1 trash can.

The TV is still old school, then the main light can't turn off and the sleep light and phone are just decoration. For that price, how come without breakfast.

Overall okay with that kind of budget. It's just that the shower water is too small.

The hotel is very well located, close to tourist attractions such as Museum and Planetarium. When entering the lobby of the air is very hot and stuffy, Clearly lack of air circulation because there is no air conditioning that is lit in the lobby. Our room smelled of cigarettes from carpets to bed sheets and pillowcases. The second day we requested to move to another room, and much better. The interior and the room furniture need rejuvenation because it looks very old, the water heater in the bathroom works well, the air conditioner is quite cold but the TV channel variation is very less

Bed linen, remote AC not working, and the hallway cleanliness is poor.

Strategic location to location.

The place is in the center of town, quiet, the rooms are big and nice, just unfortunately the maintenance is less. The room smells of cigarettes and the wallpaper under the ac is stained black2, probably because of the water droplets from the ac. But the clerk was friendly. If to Tenggarong again, I will stay here again.
