For unpleasant experiences related to drinking water. We inform you that free drinking water for our guests is not provided in the rooms, but we provide drinking water dispensers in the corridors according to overseas campaign programs regarding eco-friendly zones recommended by the central government. Hopefully on our next visit we can provide a pleasant experience from the services and facilities that have been repaired.

Our room beside Janitor and there's always sound like shifted furniture, its bits annoying sound. Receptionist Fave Cideng is very friendly & always greeting guests.

Very noisy/disturbing from upstairs, worker knocking the floor/masonry until 10 pm? Very annoying sleeping time, we choose this hotel because near to Tarakan hospital that we've a medical therapy.
