Our 1N stay at Royal Suite type was fantastic! Check-in was super easy and fast, setting a great start. The facilities are excellent and something for everyone.

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had snacks at Infinite and it was good. Dinner in Skydome was spectacular. Lots of options for breakfast. Plenty of parking space.

The room wa spacious, we are getting the view to the panderman hill. It was beautiful. Room was clean and with the HEPA filter, it really helps a lot to clean the air. So many breakfast options. Huge pool, kids playground, and beautiful scenery. Definitely I'd like to go back here again.

Very pleasant. The staff were all friendly. The most memorable moment was when my child played in the indoor playground, and the staff also accompanied him (making sure everything was safe). Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was also complete and delicious. The only downside was that one of the glasses I used had a fishy smell (perhaps not enough soap was used when washing it).

Needless to say, this hotel looks great from the photos. I'm satisfied with the service, the staff are also very helpful. You won't regret staying here. I chose the Premiere Twin room, which has a rock climb and mountain view, of course. There are also many facilities for children, it's very kid-friendly. Highly recommended.

Usually when i booked through traveloka i always got the room that located quite far in the corner and came with kind of old on smell humid room. But in golden tulip we didn’t get that same experience, they put us in good located room and everything work and smell divine.

This hotel is very luxurious and very comfortable. In my opinion, it's the best hotel in Batu. It was truly a pleasant experience staying here. The price is very good considering the facilities provided. Overall, the rooms and facilities are excellent. The hotel has three restaurants, all of which are excellent and offer beautiful views.
