The room very dirty, insect everywhere, in bed and bathroom. Request for change room but same condition in all rooms.

We've already booked a room, and the voucher has been issued, when we arrive at the hotel, it says it's full, we are finally told to move to the branch at the Mira hotel.

Check-in was fast and friendly, but the room had lots of rotten insects on the spring bed and pillows, there were small insects in the room and bathroom, the ceiling was about to fall from the rain, towels and blankets were torn and the chairs were no longer fit to use, lots of mosquitoes also, asked to move rooms, uh, the new room is even worse for the rotten insects, insects and mosquitoes, asked for mosquito spray, he said there was no, had to buy it myself, bought 1 mosquito spray didn't work, had to buy another one, where have you booked 4 more days, profit from website can be canceled 2 days.

It can only last 30 minutes before that, so I want to take a short shower. It's okay for this cheap price. It's just that there are so many cockroaches until their children and grandchildren .
