Rooms do not match the photos shown. The bathroom leaked from the second floor. Many children were noisy, often idly knocking on the door.

Family vacation

The air conditioner is not cold enough, I was told to the receptionist that he wanted to be serviced till check-out is not too, I stayed 4 nights here, the towels were never replaced even though I was told to the receptionist, the water never went early in the morning, to the hotel management so that the service would be improved

The service is lacking, when I want to check-in, I was told to wait, he said he didn't get any info if there was a room reservation, even though we booked the room from 3 days ago. The door to the bathroom has no lock, the drain in the bathroom is really new, it just went down, the same as the old AC, it was cold, please repair it. Thanks.
