I always choose this hotel when I visit Kediri since this one is the one I can say that has international standard with sufficient facilities and good brekkie. But this time, it seems they fail to give their expected service when they have New Year Celebration right outside the pool where the sound and everything really disturbing my rest and it goes past midnight. Will think about it again to stay there during New Year's eve. And when I arrive no staff is ready to help us putting sown our stuffs from the car. Disapponting.

Nice hotel in Kediri city with a strategic location and many cullinary arrond the hotel. All of staffs have a good service and comfortable to stay there. Breakfast menu very good and variative, recommendedhotel to staying.

Not bad. Cons:—No welcome drink,—bed not really good it has socket plug point in middle of bed (right below the pillows)—TV is very small,—parking area fully drainage smell, very bad smell.—shower must be tub bath, no alternative (if old peoples how do they shower if tub bath) — mostly all staff are not using face masks. — toilet tissue roles suppose to be in Toilet only but not as face tissue. Pros:—Breakfast good.—Staff almost all are good.—Chicken burgers are nice.
