Nice hotel. Clean and comfy rooms with bright colors. Easy to check in no need to pay deposit. Easy to using wifi. Good service. I got the free upgrade room with the promo price from app! A living room with city views, a minibar with mini fridge, a toilet, a master bedroom, a large bathroom with separated closet and shower room completed with bathtub. Many power sockets, functional lamps, 2 TV, functional towels, completed with bolsters, a bath salt, 2 pairs of comfy sandals, 4pcs tea and coffee compliments, a weight measure, a hairdryer, locker, and bath clothes also. always like to the pay attentions for details and decorated towels also on the bed. Nice pools views and breakfast rooms also. Recommended to come back again to stays here💖

Complete equipment's in the room such as: towels by it functions, amenities is good by quality and quantity, decorated towels on the bed, many functions lamps, nice quality TV, have maybe power sockets, and mini refrigerator. I got free upgrade room include bathtub, living room, mini bar, additional wc, and its promo price from app! Nice pools and breakfast room views. Recommended to come back and stays again here💖

Deluxe Room 819 The room under the table needs to be redone. The part under the table looks dirty with dirt between the partition walls. There are also peeling parts. The bathroom is clean👍🏻
Deluxe Room 816 The AC is not cold enough. The technician has fixed it but it still won't cool. The AC is like a draft 😂😂 Stayed in this room for 3 nights. I slept in the heat. I couldn't move to another room 😬 Please fix it soon. So that other guests don't experience the same thing as me.

Your experience and feedback will be of special concern to Management. Although in the near future, we will indeed schedule renovations for rooms including AC & other equipment, it should not be an excuse for us to not maintain them and ensure they are in good working condition. We will also improve our cleanliness and service. We also apologize if at that time we had difficulty finding a replacement room due to the condition of the room being fully booked. Once again, Management sincerely regrets not being able to provide better rooms and services according to our standards. However, we will improve and improve them. The smart room was very small, beyond expectations. The sink was very dirty. I understand that the smart room is a cheaper option, but it's not worth the price because you can get a better hotel in the same class for the same price. It's better to choose a deluxe or superior room if you want to stay at Harris Hotel.
