Strategically located, near subway entrance and really close to both Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia Mall. You can also see Welcome Monument (Patung Selamat Datang). Nice view from your room, especially if you can get middle height floor, say 5th to 7th floor.. Breakfast is nice, taste good & served on timely manner. Very clean, good ambiance and you get a lot of helpful staff.. Enjoyable stay, definitely will book for the next visit.. Special thanks to Mr. Slamet Widodo (General Manager), Ms. Inke and Mr. Randy for the assistance of booking & re-booking.

Other than location almost everything is absolutely ridiculous considering the price. Whole smoking floor corridor was smelly like shit. Rooms are small, toiletries were bare minimum.

Some insects in the room. Cockroaches can be spotted in bathroom and bed. Bathroom smelly, seems like problems with sewage management.

On Saturday, 2nd July 2022. On Sunday, 3rd July 2022 at 9.30 am. Empty food in the buffet for breakfast, no glasses for water, etc. And finally lost my appetite and cancelled breakfast and lost respect for the front office staff that day. I have an urgent call but my android phone is low batterry I tried to ask for it to be charged at the front office but unfortunately, the hotel does not provide/does not exist. We asked for help from the front office ladies' staff but were not satisfied/not helpful too relaxed.

Very close to Sudirman station. super convenient if you are taking the train from the airport. walking distance of about 250 m. if you have a lot of luggage perhaps you would need someone to help you with them.
