I didn't check in, the hotel manager had no intention. I already checked in late but the manager was not at the hotel, I was waiting for the manager and only 1 person came and the room position was not ready. If there is no room ready, why advertise the room? Then if I check in at night and 1 person sleeps, I have to wait until the morning? Strange.

Sekedar curhat. Saat kami check in tidak ada staff yang standby di apartemen karena beda manajemen. Jadi harus nunggu dulu di lobby bawah. Setelah telepon sana sini sekitar 2 jam an dulu (aplikasi, travelio, RT, RW, hansip😬dan lain-lain) baru dah ada yang follow up, dikarenakan kondisi saat itu kami kehujanan dan butuh istirahat jadi agak emosi memuncak dan pas sudah masuk kamar lihat pemandangan seperti di bawah ini. Astagfirulloh. Banyak furniture sudah rusak seperti jarang ada yang menginap dan dibersihkan. Kamar mandi so so lah ada aer panasnya tapi keliatan jarang dibersihin juga. Mau nonton TV tapi tidak selevel dengan kasur karena cuma di kasih meja kecil jadi susah nontonnya harus diganjel-ganjel dulu😤. Dapet sabun mandi tapi dikasihnya malah sabun buat cuci piring (wadah). Dengan harga hampir 500 ribuan kalo nggak faktor dekat dengan lokasi tujuan kami, mikir 1000x nginep disitu mana sudah dibayar lunas dan nggak bisa minta refund sangat mengecewakan, tolong diseleksi lagi penginapan pihak ketiga seperti ini. Harga nggak sesuai fasilitas!
