Unfortunately, everything here was not proper as seen in the picture. This is my honest review. The bedroom floor was dirty and sticky, the bed was broken, sink was clogged, food was so-so (do not buy breakfast here), and do not bring your own car here as the parking space is very limited. Some of the staff seemed annoyed all the time, I recommend you guys to choose other hotel. There are so many cheaper hotel with amazing experience such as Atanaya, Brits, Amaris, etc.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. The hotel also surrounded by restaurant, mall, so it was easy to get some food or stuff.

The room were really small. AC takes really long time until my room felt a bit cool. Very very noisy! I can hear the room next door talking. Like seriously? I woke up. Couple of times at night because they were talking loudly. And also, What kind of towel is this? My towel at home are much better than this. And this is a Horison Hotel!. Unacceptable! The food were delicious! (seriously delicious!) The staff at the restaurant were nice and helpful. Please be better,.

Good place to stay, near mall, airport, and beach. Room is tidy and clean, hot water runs well, good service. But I think breakfast needs some improvement, there is a fly on bread section, the food taste bland.
