1. We booked 2 Night there cause of the swimming pool for our kids, but Hotel closed the pool almost 2 days due to used by party (wedding & birthdays). At least make announcement for guest before they reserved because this is one of important thing for guest. 2. Other thing is parking lot is very small & security makes rule to left our keys to them to drive to other parking lot outside, make us difficult if has to go out used our car, we have to wait 5 until 15 min depend the busy time of security.
