Worst hotel ever! There are a lot of stains on the blanket and dust everywhere. Even I can find a cigarette butt in the toilet. The exhaust fan sounds so noisy like helicopter 🤣. I even don't want to stay here again for free

Don't have lift also don't help helper to help bring our item to 4rd floor. The bed cover look dirty.

Generally, good, not too strategic but quite enough, unfortunatelly, it doesn't have lift and the customer service was not too kind but the security was nice. The door is awesome with it's unique system and I love it. Overall, I give it 70 cents😇😀👍💪

Love the ambience, if I can add some suggestion for the cleaning/housekeeping team to clean more precisely especially those area that eyes can't see in a glance. (ex: behind wastafel, behind toilet door) cause this hotel its still new right? I hope they can maintain it well for a long time. Thank you anders hotels for the hospitality.

When I wanted to check in, there was a slight problem because there was no voucher on the hotel computer, it turned out that the owner checked via cellphone and it had been published, chatting, finally I found out that the owner was kind and very friendly, wanted to be given one of the rooms on the lower floor according to the request. I am informed that the shower has a small water problem, I was told to give another room but suprisingly the owner was upgraded to a deluxe room, thank you very much 🙏 because the shower and some of the equipment have been replaced with new ones which are much better, thank you very much.

The air conditioner needs service, it's not that cold, it's more like a fan, and please pay attention to the equipment, when there's no toothbrush, you have to go down again, ask the receptionist, and please mop the floor, it's really sticky when you take off your shoes, fortunately, bring sandals.

The hotel is a bit dirty, the mineral water is given 2 pieces but the sealed 1 and 1 are already used by someone else. The linen is dirty. The bathroom smells like the toilet.

It's very pleasant from a comfortable place, only this check takes a long time, when it arrives, it doesn't go straight in. Waited 1 hour, so the service was not so. Good, if the place is okay for that kind of budget.
