Hello readers. I am happy to share my experience stayed at this hotel. from location is very convenient to everywhere in the city/central of medan. staff very friendly and helpful for all the information I needed even they are not hesitate to drive me with motorbike to around when I needed. room is huge even for the standard or they called it superior. very clean and comfortable as well. so don't think twice. just book this hotel and you will be pleased by the service. keep a good work for citi international management. I am definitely will comeback soon.

This is the second time I booking this hotel and my family is really enjoy and love it. When we arrive, the room is like smell of cigarette smoke (maybe from the cleaners) and when we open a hot water, we got dirty water but after 10 minutes we have clean water again.

The place is quite hard to find, I don’t know if there's some construction going on or what, but the building definitely didn’t looks like the picture on the web. The breakfast is not good either, they cook some egg along with the shell inside the soup. Make me wonder, have they wash all the egg before they cooked it? The rice was hard and cold. The room itself looks like motel than a hotel. This hotel have a wonderful name but the facilities is not good. I think more like home staying or motel or 1-2 star hotel. With the price like this. I think I can get better place. But the people are nice and welcome. That's the good thing about this place. But the place gave me goosebumps. So I need to check out early.

actually it was my second stay in this hotel.. the first time in feb2018 was great, but this time i really disappointed. first, the water is not working well, only hot water coming out from the shower, how to take a bath? but it was midnight and i am to lazy to complaint second, this is the most disappointing. there was a bed bug?!?!?!?! go to reception to complaint, only got room change, even the receptionist still want to replace the new mineral water in the new room because the previous one has been drunken. no apologies, no sorry, nothing. the hotel is not that cheap that i am too shock with the services
