I was surprised, when I got to the location it turned out I was moved to another hotel. Facilities are not satisfactory, starting from not provided towels, bathroom lights do not work and the TV does not work. thanks.

Disappointing. I booked a superior room for my parents in this hotel is impromptu, because parents suddenly say want to vacation alone in parangtritis. So I booked this hotel room in the hope that they can enjoy a comfortable holiday together alone. But at check in the hotel said that the price went up, to be 2x of the price we paid paid in traveloka, even my parents told to move to another hotel whose price range in accordance with what we paid. Of course we refused. Long story short the hotel finally accepted us though with a little grumbling. As a guest of course we felt uncomfortable with the attitude of the hotel staff, the service was very unprofessional. I hope traveloka can check back hotel2 in cooperation with traveloka related to price and payment, in order to avoid this kind of things again. thanks.

If it's a very affordable location because it is located right alongside a major road and bypassed by public transport and close to the beach location but if the question of the highlights of his hotel nothing exciting ... no cleanliness, no food service ...

Hotel only the name alone, even better than the inn: an outstanding facility as bad: air conditioning was broken, the room lights are off, the bathrooms are rudimentary (shower-style village was also damaged), room many nests laba2nya, no place to hang clothing, both in the bathroom and in the room, towel and other toiletries were only given one when staying 2, septic tank right in front of the room, so the carrion scent into the room. Benar2 service carelessly, managers rather than not know, but do not want to know, when delivered the things I mentioned above, the response was cold, no action .. The price given is really not seseuai with existing facilities, is this class Traveloka high-class advertising as long as it is on television?
