The check-in process is served in the parking lot, the guard looks incompetent, at first he said the booking had not been entered, waited 15 minutes before his friend said there was. The rooms are prepared but there are no extra beds. I have to show the invoice that I ordered & paid for the extra bed, just given it. Obnoxious service, rooms &: dirty bathroom, under the bed garbage is scattered, the KM door can't be closed & smells of urine. Taking a shower at 8 am suddenly the tap water didn't run while I was using soap, I was told to wait 1 hour because the toren was being drained.

The room has no AC and is small so it can't install extra beds. Far to the place where Indomaret / Alfamart has a narrow parking lot, its location is hard to go down and climbs its mattress, busah mebes.

Great, I checked in at midnight but the employees were still standby and friendly. Even though the night was still serving well, there was no visible expression of fatigued midnight, but there was still fresh tea prepared in the morning, delivered with rice food pa.

Room facilities are ordinary according to the price. Hot water works well. The atmosphere is rather noisy because the location is adjacent to the highway. The clerk was not ready, and was still shocked when talking to the customer. The first time I arrived, the location of the receptionist was not clear.
