They ordered me, to move my parked car 3 times, very very non-managable hotel, compare to price really not worth, wait check in for too long, price too expensive, very dirty room, utility are not working properly.

Really not recommend to stay. Lift must be repaired. If you want to take a shower and use hot water you must request to receptionist and you need time 30 minute. And around midnight something creepy knock at the window.

The picture and detail was not the same with the reality. There is no hot water. Old and danger lift made my chilfren afraid. The hotel need renovation I think.

Old hotel with bad cleanliness, terrible elevator, no Wi-Fi, only provide local TV channel, no hot water shower and the bathroom smell bad, overall is not good to stay, highly not recommended!

Staff were nice and tried their best to please customers. But I understand the situation because the hotel was too old already bathroom smell awful not good drainage, bed Linens are too over used and need to change a new ones but in fairness Linens smells nice enough and its ok for me as long as smells cleaned. No wifi in the room, the rate is over price with the situation. We don't deserve what we expected, breakfast is too awful I cannot eat the food at all. Well we only had a night for 2 rooms because we don't have any choice but to stay there because of high season, all the hotels in the city were all fully booked. My suggestion to the hotel management have a bit cleaning up and renovate some important area and things in the rooms. Change new Linens and amenities into new ones. So customer will come back again to stay.
