At 11.30 am I was still in the room and was told to check out. I couldn't extend the stay because it was fully booked. Finally I checked out without taking a shower. The hotel service was really good. This was the first time I had an experience like this.

There's still plenty of food until 10 o'clock. The variety of food is quite adequate. Coincidentally, it's Eid al-Adha, there are ketupat vegetables using pineapple slices. Delicious and fresh. The chicken opor is also delicious. The location is somewhat inside the complex. Clean rooms. Only the bath towels were worn and yellow. Warm water doesn't work

For the price of 500-600 thousand, the service is lacking. Except for the price of 200-300 thousand, it is worth it to get something like this: 1. The slogan is 24-hour check out, I arrived at 6 pm and there was no receptionist. We were told to wait. 2. The receptionist's waiting position was not friendly (maybe they felt disturbed, maybe they were resting). There was only 1 receptionist. 3. The housekeeping service was lacking when delivering the trolley (we were left behind and he went to the room first. 4. The sheets were a bit dirty. The bathroom was a bit dirty in the shower area. The soap was as liquid as possible (it was the same as water) 5. There was no variety of food. Actually, the hotel overall is safe. It's just not worth it for that price, the service and facilities are inadequate.

Saya sudah hampir 5 tahun tidak menginap d hotel ini, tahun ini alhamdulillah ada kesempatan untuk bisa menginap di sini lagi. Secara pelayanan masih bagus seperti 5 tahun belakang, namun mungkin yang harus dbenahi/perbaiki kondisi kamar dan bangunan hotel tampak sudah mulai ada yang rusak dan akan mulai rusak. Semoga hal-hal tersebut bisa segera diperbaiki. InsyaAllah tahun depan ada kesempatan akan menginap di sini lagi 😁.
