Backpacking

The room is rather smelly. They don’t clean the bed everyday. The bathroom was dirty too. We kept staying there just because we already pay the stay :(

the sheet got spot and some are still wet. no toilet tissue, closet water spray didn't work and the food was mostly out of stock.It is a great location but need much improvement

Officers are not friendly, ngmong is good instead of being checked, Busy taking care of parking even though it does not interfere with the reason there will be many cars parked when it turns out that only our car was staying overnight, the smell of the room was not pleasant, like it had not been cleaned for a long time, there was no TV remote, when checking out instead asked the TV remote how come it wasn't there, Berti's room wasn't checked before, before we entered, couldn't get breakfast even though the message was using breakfast. Gosh, I won't be there anymore.

The parking area is lacking besides the location including the traffic area in the direction of the dense, if the car wants to get out must retreat without being guided by anyone (security guards / hotel attendants) wifi is problematic, rooms and toilets are less clean and smelly blankets, hotel clerk is not friendly. Bad experience staying here.
