The service is good, the hotel is clean, only the room in the room is a bit damp, the walls are dirty, so it makes you uncomfortable. This is a suggestion to improve damp rooms like this so that customers are comfortable staying here

I'm not satisfied. Long check-in process. Even though check-in is at 17.00, the room being sold should be ready. A bit more disappointed in the morning to find out that the pillowcase had red spots. It should be replaced. In the bathroom there is no dispenser. No shampoo. There is also no soap in the shower room. There are no breakfast facilities, so you have to find yourself outside. The rest is enough.

Pelayanan sangat baik para staff ramah, kamar cukup bersih dan wangi, namun dinding kamar tidur perlu di tingkatkan, tidak tersedia sandal dan shampoo, lokasi strategis dekat dengan Stasiun Gubeng, AC dingin, air panas kurang.

Mohon maaf saya kasih bintang 3.1. Mbak CS hari Senin saat saya konfirmasi harga kurang ramah ya. Saya kerja di pelayanan 15 tahun berusaha 3s walaupun hati sedang jengkel. 2. Di kamar hanya ada air putih, biasanya di hotel-hotel bintang 3-5 ada teh/kopi/gula. Shampoo juga tidak ada. 3. AC airnya ngerembes dan juga ga bisa dikecilkan, kami benar-benar kedinginan. Dimatikan juga kepanasan. 4. Debu di meja & lemari tebal. Mohon di prepare sebelum ada customer check in. Mohon sikap customer service diperbaiki dan ramah. Maintenance untuk elektronik kamar diperlukan. Saya juga suka staycation jadi tau bagaimana pelayanan hotel-hotel. Letak hotel sangat strategis kan sayang kalo pelayanan tidak ramah. Terima kasih

Hotel yang recommended sekali, tiap ke surabaya akan menginap di sini, lokasi seberang stasiun gubeng, hotel bersih, nyaman, murah, ac dingin dan ada fasilitas setrika di lorong. Mantap.
