As a business traveller, I learn not to expect too much from a hotel. A comfortable bed. A hot shower and a good AC. These are all I care for. This hotel was old. The room was not properly maintained. AC was definitely not up to the standard. Service was sub-par although the nice lady up in the front desk tried to be helpful. Overall, I will not recommend it to anyone unless your only other option is a wooden bench in an open sidewalk in a gang-ridden neighborhood.

My experience at the Queen Hotel was very satisfying, the cleaning service service was quite satisfying too. Equipped with a spacious bathroom, as well as a friendly receptionist service. Very recommended.

The location of the hotel is very strategic like Indomaret and cafes are very close to this hotel. The hotel has served quite well. It's just that administrative staff must be provided with minimal knowledge about the city of Pontianak. The check-in side is very fast, practical, and doesn't need to wait less than 2 minutes. Finally I get a 20% discount voucher if I want to hang out at Cafe Queen. thanks.
