I ordered a deluxe room, it turned out to be at the hotel, the deluxe was full and I was downgraded to a standard room. The room looks like it hasn't been inhabited for a long time, the sandy floor looks like it's never been cleaned, there is no hot water, the wardrobe is broken, the TV channel is only TVRI, the bed is dirty and sandy. It's enough for me to stay here once.

The room was flooded, I don't know where the water came from, my child slipped and fell, the toilet shook, the toilet lock and door were broken, the tv was broken. Really disappointed, towels are dirty too, wifi can't get in. And the room doesn't match the picture. It should just match the actual picture. If the service is good and friendly.
