Insumo Palace Hotel & Resort

Booking 2 rooms for 3 nights, after check in, the aircon in one of the room is not cold, we complain in the morning and they switch us to other room and moved all our stuff. Still, in the same morning, water in the bathroom suddenly stop, happened in the other room as well, and I believe it happened in the whole building where we stayed. We have to wait for 5-10 minutes before water was available and back to normal, my family are having a shower when it happened. And it does not stop there. The next day, TV in my room not showing picture, we can hear the sound but no picture, calling the house keeping and wait for about 30 minutes, just before the engineer knocked the dooe, the picture shows up 😄. I told what happened, and it seems like a problem with the TV, so we have to wait long enough to get the picture. I guess it like warming the food. So I let the TV on for the rest of the night, and just mute the sound. Hotel located in busy street, so if you enter the hotel in the evening, you have to be patients, the end of the streets is traffic lights so it will takes time. There are ATM in parking area, so it would be easier if you need cash. Parking space is small in front, but quite large in the back. Somehow they provide free car washing only for those car parking in the back, but not in front. So you have to take your car to park in the back yard get this facilities. 😁. Hotel itself is an old building in front, I think the newer building is in the back. No elevator in the old building and its 3 floors, would be hassle if you get in 3rd floor and in the end of alley. For 3 stars hotel, I think you need to upgrade the building and facilities soon, it's old, someplace is not clean. Even the room it self is not really clean. Food is fine, and we have lots of choice. Hotel price is not cheap compare to others, and I think people would expect better room and facilities for the price given.

The room is old and not really well maintained. Many mosquitos inside the room 😢 the room is lil bit dirty, breakfast was good, staff are friendly.

Wa on business trip, friendly staff and nice stay.

Underrated, the hotel was pretty nice actually.
