The location is truly strategic, close to everything. The staff are all friendly, and it's comfortable, clean, and smells great. I've been here many times for events. Arriving at the hotel at 1 am, I was still able to check in, the room was already prepared, and the satellite went straight to the room to rest. The room was comfortable, everything worked well. In the morning, I had breakfast at the restaurant on the 1st floor, and the soto was delicious. I tried all the menus and they were delicious. You can leave your suitcase at the reception at night, and in the afternoon after check-out, so you don't have to carry a big suitcase for work and going out. When I first called, the hotel staff said the room was ready, but on the day of the check-in, they were still searching for a room. The AC wasn't cold enough, and the electricity was intermittent.

Arrived very early because of the morning train. Wanting to ask for early check-in was initially difficult to negotiate with the receptionist, but after protesting many people who had just checked in, they were allowed to check in and it seems there was no additional charge. The room was okay for that price, only the watermark in the bathroom was brown. The reception staff was friendly even though I was annoying hahaha. But all the security guards were really indifferent, I think they need training on hospitality. Everything was okay and comfortable but that was my problem when staying here.

In the first room, the faucet was broken, so we had to move rooms. In the second room, the shower was broken… water was coming out of the top (shower) and the bottom (faucet)... I don't think I'll be coming back here again.
