Great place to stay and affordable!

Satisfactory，very worth the price.

Resepsionis tidak ramah, padahal saya sudah 50 hari nginap, ngk pernah di tawarin untuk bersiin kamar, kalau bukan aq yang inisiatif nyapu dan bersikan kamar sendiri, pasti ngk di bersiin.

Kamar agak kotor ya, kasur banyak noda, owner kurang ramah. Positif AC oke, air panas oke.

Clean. Simple. Basic. Hot water on. Love it.

The location is very strategic, very close to Mangga Besar Station, the position is right on the side of the road also next to Alfamart, the employees are friendly too, just right for travelers who are low on budget / just taking a break for transit. There are no soap towels and the AC is not cold enough.

This hotel is perfect for low budget travelers. Because the price is very affordable, strategic location and hotel facilities are pretty good and pretty clean. For the traveler who wants a minimal cost I highly recommend klinpod hotel as a place to rest.

Very poor service, check-in has to wait a long time because the room is not ready, Check-out time also has to wait 1 hour more because at the front office there are no people, dirty towels, many stain sheets and duvet pillows are not replaced, not provided shop, not in mineral water, the water in the toilet is dead.

The location is near culinary snacks but the bathroom faucet is broken

first entered the room the smell of cigarettes really, I didn't smoke so it was really disturbed by the smell ... then the problem of towels that were not prepared beforehand, that also I had to ask for many times just to be given, a toothbrush also asked dl new can .. shampoo does not exist, he said with the soap in the toilet, but when used well like soap that is used on shampoo, hair becomes stiff too doormats gt. the foam is also a little bit lmpir like not foaming .. the most uncomfortable thing is that in the morning those voices say very fast even though people still want to sleep, so wake up a few times, it is like workers there or who stay there long i don't understand, it's really bad, it's not soundproof from outside, from the morning at 6 am the noise, ckckckck ..

When I checked in, the floor was dirty, sticky, the bed sheets had a lot of yellow stains like they didn't wash. Already asked the officer to mop in, but the slow response was like a truant. I got up and down 4x. Oh yeah, on 1st floor it really smelled, because there was a pile of garbage. To my disgust. Finally I decided to check out right away with my boyfriend to another hotel. Poor service!
