Family of 5 people. We stayed 3nights in 2 x family triple room. Staff was good, hotel was old but clean and well maintained. It is complete with family entertainment such as garden, apple picking field tour, waterbomb, swimming pools, gym etc. The view from the restaurant was awesome. We love it!

Kusuma Agrowisata has a really nice view. It has a lot of activities that we can do in Kusuma Agrowisata. We can play in the waterpark and there're a lot of other fun activities.

Actually, this is the umpteenth time we have stayedcation at Kusuma Agrowisata. Since the beginning when my first child was still a toddler (about 15 years ago) until yesterday when we came here again. I am increasingly amazed by the facilities here. The rooms are always comfortable with friendly staff, and the breakfast is quite delicious. Will be back soon Kusumaa….

Everything is okay. Only the restaurant seems to need a lot of improvement. Because the taste is very ordinary. The variety is also so-so. Stayed 3 days, on the 3rd day I had no appetite for the food.
The rooms also seem to be able to be upgraded. The TV has complete external channels. But not a smart TV yet. It can't even watch YouTube. Which one should actually be the standard for a hotel room?

My choice when my family and I go to Batu is to always stay at this hotel, the location is good, close to everywhere, the view at the hotel is very beautiful, the hotel is big, suitable for relaxing with the family, the only minus is the hot water for bathing, it only turns on for a while and then turns off, overall recommended

A really chill staycation at Kusuma Agrowisata 😍
Booked a Superior Triple room with Breakfast on Traveloka for a short getaway with the kids, and honestly, the experience was beyond expectations! 🤩
The room was spacious, clean, and very cool—perfect for a little healing in the cool air of Batu, perfect for the three of us. The view from the balcony directly faces the garden, it's so refreshing to see the green trees every morning when you wake up. 🌳✨
Breakfast? Quite complete, there's fried rice, bread, fruit, and even coffee that's quite eye-catching. Not too fancy but enough to fill up your energy before exploring Batu.
What made this stay most memorable was the service from Mas Hizkia! 🙌
From the beginning of check-in, we were greeted super friendly, even explaining the hotel facilities and giving recommendations for fun spots around. Mas Hizkia is the real MVP, thank you very much Mas 🙏✨
The bonus is, this hotel has a super spacious area, there is a waterpark, apple orchard (you can pick it yourself!), and a free shuttle around the hotel. It is definitely suitable for families or a crowded staycation.
