I think my overall experience still be the same, it was a pleasant stay, and always satisfied with the team's friendly and warm welcoming you when you arrived, I don’t need to wait for a long time to check-in, and the team very responsive when you need this and that. Also this my second time tried the mobile key feature which is very awesome that you can have a key in your mobile phone also a chat feature that connects you to the hotel directly.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The view was amazing. The room was clean, with a cool air conditioner. Their staffs are so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had so many varieties. My kids love the pool. This staycation was nice amazing! Keep up the good work.

Honestly, it's an old hotel, but I've been here and for me this hotel is affordable and good and safe. Two stars with facilities exceeding 2 stars. The friendliness of the staff, and clean rooms and perfect working equipment. Unfortunately, when I visited, the lift was not working so had to take the stairs. However, for me, this hotel is very good for me at a very affordable price. Thanks to Ms. Rina, you have served with a sincere heart, with a smile and open arms. You deserve a star. Overall stay was nice. The only problem is the car park. Even for long stay guest like me don't have space for parking due to event. And the worst case was, the event was held on the next day but they already closed the car park for tomorrow event. Need to consider the regular and loyal guest compare to event.

Never came back again to this place! The receptionist kind of unfriendly and have bad attitude. The rooms that they have are very different from the picture. The only room that similar with the picture is in the highest floor, when we came the room not ready yet and kind of scary. The bed that we have is dirty and the towel not hygienic. We cannot take a shower because the water pressure is really low and we cannot lock the door at all. We booked for 4 night but decide to check out immediatelly in the same day that we check in because we can't endure this OYO anymore. The price is pricey for the low quality they served. We're very dissapointed. Before you choose this OYO please read this review. Thanks!

Bedroom is not clean and the bathroom is smell not good
