A very pleasant staycation for a birthday celebration. Slow on the check-in and still asking for deposit at 200K. Helpful FO staff and very informative. Spacious room and clean, but the brown tiny pillow smells awful and some ants colony stays inside the teacup. Internet very very slow and disconnected all the time, Television needs to upgrade. The blanket is also so old-fashioned. Breakfast was awesome, many varieties, standard on taste (for my taste it was too salty) Fast check-out and definitely will coming back again.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic, near Superindo minimarket and bakmi kadin. The room we stayed in was clean and quite spacious, warm and comfortable. The hotel staff is quite friendly and very helpful. Due to the pandemic so we got a discount on the room rate. Maybe we will stay at this hotel if we are on vacation in Jogja later. First of all thank you for upgrade my room to superior twin room. The best location beside Malioboro street and easy to find. Near stasiun Tugu Yogyakarta. A lot of food street and restaurant, souvenirs shops nearby. On 5th floor there is angkringan open air good place for enjoy and relax in afternoon. The room is small but enough for 2 people. Good staff as well. Recommended budget hotel in Malioboro area.

Very disappointed. - Pros: friendly receptionist, prime location. - Cons: extremely dirty bathroom, no clear info whether the dorm is mixed gender or not, only know when we checked in that this is a mixed gender bunk beds. Ac is not cold. To make it even worse, the water died apparently due to some technical difficulty but this wasn't informed upon check in and I had to find out later on. After 15 mins from checking in I decided to leave and found another hostel that is really nice for the same price point. The hotel offered me a refund the day after but up to today no fund received nor any compensation in anyway. Please avoid this hostel, there are so many proper hostels and hotels that worth your time and money.

The hotel's location is very close to some tourist destination such as: Palace of Yogyakarta, malioboro steet, fort of vrederburg, Beringharjo market, etc. Good place to stay for traveller which is look for clean, and comfort to stay. The price is not expensive (specially for weekday). Thanks

The room is clean, the bathroom is clean even though the water is brown, and the ceramic is brown, toiletries are not provided and breakfast for the standard price that must be paid should be obtained, the location is about 400 m from the Beringharjo market and Malioboro, but overall it is not bad.
