The room is so disappointing, cleanless, no extra bed like I reserved, not ready yet on time. Staying 4 days but no change of towel, no addition water everyday, no cleaning room service. I will not come for twice

Smaller intimate hotel with a pool positioned right on the beach and within easy walking distance to shops/entertainment and restaurants. The hotel rooms itself are quite small and look a bit tired but have comfortable beds with good quality bed-linens and are kept very clean. There are also 2 big bungalow type rooms that have access directly to the pool and obviously these would be the better choice budget permitting. The housekeeping team are doing a great job keeping the rooms/facilities clean. The nice gardens are kept neat, the pool is being looked after but during our first couple of days could not be used due to problems with the filter? Pool has seating and beanbags to laze around, and off-course direct access to the beach which was clean (end August). Breakfast is generous western/Indonesian and the products used fresh... think nice fruit juice/shake👍 Onsite restaurant which gets busy especially on the weekends with Happy hour for discounted drinks. The hotel is nicely lit up st night, looks very cosy. Taxi and scooter hire can be arranged. The team that works here try hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible and all are an asset to the hotel! Had a great stay here, loved being right on the beachfront. Taking the great service delivery, the pricing as well as the beach front position into consideration they to me far outweighed the size/interior of the room. tip:Room 8 is a well positioned room with free view all the way to the beach. note: did not appreciate being approached by beach sellers when relaxing by the pool.....

I had wonderful experience in here. the room was quite small but still comfy. Cheap price but good view & ambiance. Love it.
