I asked for a non-smoking room, was given a smoking room with a room that smelled of cigarettes. I also asked for 1 large bed, was given 2 small bed pushed together along with 2 small blankets pushed together.

It is nice hotel, good service including breakfast so many favourite food, close with airport, toll, mall, restaurant and city circle and so a little crowded in the road due tontraffic jam.

Very nice hotel at the center of sidoarjo. Near toll gate. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Got a surprised "welcome back-fruit platter". Thank you. Will definitely coming back 😊

Negligent in providing a receipt for proof of deposit. When the key is returned the deposit is not returned. But there is no proof that the money has been returned is considered checked out.

Strategic location & friendly staffs, however for 600k price during low season and min facilities, its not worth it. Small room, no water bottles (they gave us a water jug that we could fill ourselves in the corridor), no wardrobe, only 1 toothbrush & 1 slipper. My AC didn't work as well.
