I booked a room here because my previous booking was not contacted until 3 pm, and not long after I booked, I was immediately connected to the roomboy. Check out and check in were very fast. The room was very nice and quite comfortable. Will definitely choose this place again if you want to staycation at Pakuwon Mall.

Kami sudah beberapa kali menginap di sini. Kami sekeluarga sangat puas dengan kondisi kamar, kebersihannya serta pelayanan dan keramahan masnya yang super duper baik sekali dan humoris juga 😁. Kami kalau menginap di sini pasti di kasih pada lantai atas dengan view pemandangan kota yang bagus, untuk kolam renangnya juga luas dan sangat bersih. Bila ke Surabaya lagi pasti tujuan kami sekeluarga menginap di sini lagi karena menyenangkan apartementnya bisa langsung akses ke mall Pakuwon. The best pokoknya 👍.

Tempat tidur busa biasa, sangat ga nyaman buat tidur & keras, agak kotor juga. Ada dapur tapi tidak bisa dipakai buat making coffee or a tea so wajib nunggu dispenser panas. Kesetan depan kamar mandi sangat kotor, sepertinya kesetan yang 10 ribuan beli di pinggiran pasar loak. Recommend change tempat tidur & kesetan kaki depan bathroom diganti. Bersihkan juga sebelum tamu check
