I took a deluxe room. Room spacious enough for 2, have a safe and icebox. Bathroom with bath tub. Strong water flow, heater working perfectly. Only setback is the free breakfast. Very simple not much variety to choose from.

The hotel is well located at Harbourbay, Batam. Just across the harbourbay ferry terminal. There are lots of eating places, restaurants, 24hrs marts & clubbing areas which are within walking distance (it 's really safe there). Rooms are comfortable, clean & well maintained. The hotel receptionist & staffs are very friendly & helpful. They even helped me with the decorations for my wife 's surprise birthday dinner. Really enjoyed my experience there & will surely stay there again if I'm planning to go to Batam in the future. Thank you!

Good location, nice staff, but too bad not family friendly. Too noisy at night, it 's hard to sleep. The music finally stopped at 4.00 AM local time. If you're planning to stay here for a family trip, don't do it.
