The bathroom smells bad. Aircon is not cold enough, Mattress, bed sheets and blankets quality are below standard comparing to other hotels with same price. Service is okay.

I booked for my dad who visited me here in Solo. The room wasn't ready at 13.00 pm. I asked the receptionist how much I would pay if I extended until 18 pm in the next day, and he said only 100k. However, the other receptionist who worked in the next day said I had to book again in the app and it was more than 100k! I am not sure if they tried to scam me or if they just didn't communicate well with each other. Also, there were still a lot of stains and dirt both in the toilet and bedroom. I didn't want to open the curtain because the dust was thick. Plus, their wifi was really poor.

They demanded to hold my residence id/drivers license, what if I need either or both document would they be held accountable for that? And not to mention the restroom ' s toilet is unable to flush. Definitely will NOT go back and not recommended.

Staying in an old building structure, you can't expect much out of it, however we can still feel the convenience of the surrounding as it's near to market and places to eats, with the budget you pay this hotel is pretty much decent for layovers.

there was a cobwebs in the bathrooms n cockroach in the cabinets, AC was leaking, spooky one because at 3am my brother saw "grandpa" sweeping in the first floor and someone is whistling so loudly at 4am.

The WiFi coincidentally broken that day. The TV has no sound, after they switch with the other TV, it blurred, then I give up. The electricity power was low, even I charged my phone all night, it didn't fully charged.
