Arriving at the hotel location and after seeing the condition of the hotel I canceled my stay at this hotel. It really doesn't match the photos, the room rate is also expensive. DISAPPOINTED.

Kamar di atas serem, sepi, mending kalau nginep pilih yang bawah aja. TV agak ribet, mati mati, ga ada signal, terus airnya dipake mandi tiba-tiba mati, gambar ga sesuai sama penampakan foto di aplikasi, huft menyesal aku pesen hotel di sini, jauh dari tempat makan jadi harus gofood 🥲 ah sudahlah. Tapi makasih buat mas resepsionisnya selalu bantu aku bolak balik. Dia ramah. Makasih mas. Maaf hotelmu jelek. Tapi kamu ramah.

(+): 1. Room size, 2. Location in the city of Solo. 3. Budget price. (-): 1. The bathroom doesn't have a sink, 2. For hot water & shower head, we have to hold the knob with one hand, because if we don't hold it, the knob will fall & water will come out through the shower below. 3. Towels: bad quality, thin, rough & too small in size. 4. The hotel owner maintains a guard dog who often barks loudly. 5. No drinking water is provided in the room.
