Good exp stay at Mercure Kuta, near Kuta Beach, AC in my room need to fix because loud noise from the AC, hope breakfast upgrade also with more variants.

The room was not as good as other cheaper hotel I stayed in. It was dark and musty, doesn't get enough sunshine, and too small for queen bed. Pretty disappointed for the price and for the brand. Breakfast is fine although could be much better.

Lokasi strategis, crew ramah, hanya saja memang lantai bathroom nya kurang turun sehingga air menggenang hingga pagi, walau ga terlalu banjir juga.

We came to Bali to ring in the New Year and we are very happy with our stay here. The rooms are comfortable, especially the bed and pillows, the bathroom has hot water and not flooding. Staff are courteous and very helpful, especially Winda. They have helped make a half day tour booking for us as well as airport transfer. Breakfast and room service are both delicious and well portioned. Keep it up! We will surely return.
