Double bed good. Bathroom clean, water heater good. TV, WiFi, AC good, receptionist Good hospitality. Need more directions arrow. Before entering the housing complex. Ashtray standing ashtray at smoking area. Recommended for taking a rest after activities outside. Water from Bath shower bit smelly. To be fixed.

Location in housing: safe, comfortable, not noisy. Room amenities are okay, minus towels & slippers. Work schedule once a week to Jombang, definitely stay here again. Thank You. Recommended

The rooms are pretty good, the hotel location is inside the housing and is quite strategic, but the reception service is really rude to guests, an additional fee of Rp. 10,000, -/hour for late check-in after 11:00 p.m. but guests are not informed so that it is more towards extortion at check-in. Hotel services are very unprofessional with rules and made-up communications when asked about the applicable regulations. Please ask the owner or hotel manager to review this so that there are no other guests who are uncomfortable. Hopefully there is an improvement. Note: due to existing verbal regulations, I will inform the hotel representative that check-in after 23.00 will incur an additional fee.

Booked here because the reviews were good. Apparently not at all. Description of the 24 hour receptionist. Bulshit. Until the front of the hotel at 02.15 in the morning. The gate is locked. On the bell many times no response. banged on banged on, didn't pay attention. On the phone no response. Just got in at half past seven. More than 4 hours stranded on the side of the road like someone asking for donations. When he entered the receptionist, he swore he didn't really serve customers. Turns out the phone was unlocked. On purpose. No wonder it can't fit on the phone anymore. It seems like the receptionist didn't serve it on purpose, even though I already paid for it too. After that, they were given a room with no towels, no toiletries, no drinking water, the trash in the room had not been removed. Crazy, what hotel is this. If you book here, you get good service, thank God, that means your luck.
