Cleanliness of the bedsheet is so bad. So many stain. We check in t, bath towel, bathmat and Slipper wasn't ready. The room also very smelly when we first enter. I think it 's a basic to make sure the room smell nice before new guest check in even though it 's a smoking room. In the morning it was so noisy we got woken up by noises outside. There 's so many stain on the walls and the toilet. I hope the mgnt do something about deep cleaning of the rooms.

Great hotel for single backpacker. Safety area and easily to reach. I also got complimentary hi-tea from sales team. Thanks a lot. I'll be back soon surely. Very recommended hotel in batam.
