The AC not good. Bed not good, although already fixed the AC but still the same. Change room still also the same. Cs said its central Ac. No wonder. So disappointed! Hotel * 4?

The hotel was good. Need renovation on the room interior. Book all the non smoking room, for groups. But some still got the smoking room. The front office staff was helpful. And the street vendor that sell nasi liwet at night was very delicious.

Convenient location, staffs are okay, room spacious.

I was specifically asked for non smoking room when I booked it, 3 months advanced. When I arrived, it was late and passed midnight. The receptionist gave me first a smoking/non smoking room which is mix floor I presuming. So I got disappointed and upset, when I asked to change it because of my health condition and its according to what I had in my booking conditions. He said he had full room. Instantly I refused to accept it, because I have payed my room advanced so all conditions should be secured prompt to my booking without change for any circumstances specially just because when I came on the high season. There's no reason the management sells my room, which I already paid, to other customer that came before me, as fist come fist serves. So after long arguments they upgrade me and gave me premium floor. This shouldn't happened, I don't need to spent that energy so much to educate the level of commitment and cervices they should have had. If there is a chance to make additional profits by taking small of other people rights, really a low mentality and character in hotelier businesses.
