Room was okay, not too clean, and there was a bed bugs in the bed. If it 's only for short stay then it 's okay.

The affordability of the room is appreciated. However, I would like to provide feedback regarding the noise level outside of my room. It is unclear whether the noise originated from other guests or staff members. In the interest of enhanching guest comfort, I suggest exploring options to effectively manage noise levels from outside or adjacent rooms.

Great budget hotel near CGK, great for transit or quick stay. The room was okay, clean and has nice hot showers. The receptionist was nice and helpful, they have sutle bus to the airport with IDR 50k per room.

The staff was not friendly while I came, almost like didn't even care I was a guest. The room seems been long never touched. The bed was fine, just the sheets I was not sure its clean or not, cause I felt itchy while slept on it. The rest just fine.

I stay in 5th floor for 4 night, its so noisy and people knock my door at 3am. So annoying, I cannot slept. Including at 6am, people outside my room talking-talking and so noisy. Cannot have a better slept. Receptionist should give clear information for tour people not to knock or distrub others. For hotel services, not accommodate new towel during daily cleaning. Glass dirty, and some stain in blanket and pillow cover.
