One of the front office officers who received was not cooperative. I'm used to renting a room at this oyo for relaxation, there are no problems, like on May 31, 2021, yesterday I was asked for how many people. Because my intention is for relaxation, I will explain for myself and there will be a masseur who will come. The clerk explained that the room I had ordered via the application was only for 1 person, if for 2 people I had to add more money, even though I explained I only needed relaxation / not staying the night. In other oyo nothing like this ever happened. Because I usually never get that kind of treatment I want to cancel / cancel the order, I was asked by the officer to contact the online agent but the problem can be solved after another officer provides a solution.

Uncomfortable, there are always many who come back from the outside and are heard in the room, especially at night like someone is always checking the door, anxious if someone wants to enter the door, and for college children or teenagers, especially women, it is better if there is a companion to feel comfortable and supervise . The facilities are incomplete, there is an LED TV but there is no channel, for room cleanliness it is ok, even though there are mosquitoes in the palace, you don't know where it comes and for bad toilet cleanliness, even though the water is clean, the uterala thread, if it is used as a place to stay during the holidays, it is lacking recommended if a day or two it doesn't matter, CS service is okay, overall good for that price.
