The service is no longer available, but it is still on the advertisement of the Traveloka Site, and there is no refund fee, which is very detrimental. I was also disappointed with the Traveloka Site.

The bed was dirty, the bed linen had many stains, the bathroom had a puddle filled with mosquito larvae, the floor was dirty, the walls of the room were not soundproof so the sound from outside was heard.

The experience of staying here was quite pleasant, because I was supposed to check in on that day, instead of checking in, 4 hours before check-out, and my receptionist was still well received, with a very affordable price comparable to the facilities as well, thank you.

The room was comfortable but very disappointing the Pananaya water shower didn't work. There is an additional charge for more than one child, bring 2 children aged 2 and 5 years, a 5-year-old child is charged half the price.

When I stayed here, I booked a deluxe twin room. very dissatisfied anyway: first: there is the smell of dead insects in the second room: the receptionist is very noisy does not appreciate guests aka chatting so third: the hot water is waiting for a really long exit

The room is nice, comfortable, but there is someone staying overnight, be careful if you order in the deluxe twin room, the feeling is already bad from the start, be careful there are fools who are not schooled next to your room.

Initially hesitant when I see people's reviews. When I arrived it didn't disappoint at all ✨ The hotel facilities were pretty decent, the atmosphere was really nice. The hotel maid was on standby too. Also clean, this is the only hotel, so the salon was the same as yesterday I checked-in. There was another manicure padicure in front of my room so I was embarrassed hehe.

The staff is not ready to look for staff when checking in and checking out. Then, a 50 charge is charged because it is considered to contaminate the sheets even though it is not at all even though the inn is good there is a bathtub but the service is.

shocked when I entered the room, the size was very small, pas2an for 2 singlebed.KM was transparent. it doesn't make sense, even though it was clear that I ordered twinbed. Pas asked of the SM staff, the reason was that the order was twin bed, the KM was really gt. it's hard for Muslims to pray, the prayer is in space, forced to pray on the bed. KM smells of cigarette smoke. Is it because the smoking room is next to KM? but I have to talk too.
