Talk smart. All the time sitting in front of the reception so that it interferes with the reception to receive guests. It turned out that many guests were not happy with the behavior of the guards. This hotel can be empty if there are still people like this. He doesn't know online travel, doesn't understand hotels bought online. It has been explained that in the application there is a special message, special requests if checking out can ask for additional check out time because they want to worship. But this person may not know so it's unstable. Not friendly, like most people there.

Very sorry to stay here. Even though I booked for 2 nights but only last night I checked out, 1 night was a loss. Because the staff is not friendly, evil, I usually stay at the guesthouse "in the Kebon Kacang area, now I get service like this the staff is not polite. For those who want to stay here, it's better to see the review first, yesterday I forgot to check the review. It turns out the review is also like mine.

The toilet is dirty, the service is not friendly.

Dari awal kita datang petugasnya tidak sopan dan jutek sekali. Kakak saya bawa keluarga dan anak kecil 2 orang. Petugas bilang kamarnya hanya bisa buat 1 orang anak kecil. Itu sudah peraturan nya katanya. Oke kita terima peraturannya. Tetapi tidak ada solusi yang di berikan dari petugasnya. Malah petugasnya itu seperti mengusir kami. Akhirnya kita cari penginapan lain.

Lokasinya agak ke dalam dari jalan raya apalagi dari plaza indonesia lumayan jalan kaki olahraga kalo naik ojol motor bisa lebih cepet nyampek. Hotel berada di dalam gang perumahan, sepanjang gang menuju hotel ini banyak rumah-rumah usaha garmen/ekspedisi, mobil/motor bisa masuk gang tapi untuk mobil harus pelan/hati-hati banget karena gang nya kecil, beberapa warga yang punya mobil juga parkir di luar rumah. Kalo malam nyari lokasi nya agak susah karena di dalam gang agak gelap, trus lampu depan hotel burem & plang OYO nya kaga nyala. Waktu mau check in cuma ditanyain berapa orang sama dicek bukti bookingannya nanti dipoto ama si penjaga nya, harap sabar dan jangan baper ngadepinnya. Trus kaga dimintain deposit sama ktp lumayan enak buat saya. Di lobby banyak barang-barang garmen berkarung-berkarung entah punya tamu/owner. Saya request lantai bawah di aplikasi tapi kata penjaga untuk single room/bed adanya di lantai 3 jadi saya dianterin ke lantai 3 naik tangga, ada lift tapi sepertinya udah ga fungsi. Setiap lantai terlihat agak kotor, sampah berceceran. Sampai di kamar, kamar kecil bed untuk 1orang karena saya emang booking untuk 1orang. Fasilitas di dalam kamar tempat tidur single, tv, cermin, ga ada lemari buat baju, tapi ada gantungan baju di belakang pintu masuk buat gantung baju/celana 4pcs. Pintu kamar mandi bolong ga ada gagang cuma dikasi lakban buat nutupin gagangnya & ga bisa ditutup rapet. Di dalam kamar mandi cuma ada 1 ember besar buat nampung air mandi, 1 gayung, toilet duduk, wastafel, shower tapi kayak nya ga ada air panas. Siapin/bawa sendiri toiletries, handuk, tissue, gelas buat kumur-kumur, ga ada air mineral botol, tempat sampah juga ga ada, ga ada selimut cuma ada 1 bantal kepala + 1 bantal sofa oyo. Ada 1 meja kecil pendek isi 2 laci. Colokan 1 doang ada di tembok bawah. Untuk cari kuliner gampang, waktu malem deket situ ada tukang sate gerobakan yang mangkal ato buat pilihan lain tinggal jalan kaki keluar gang sepanjang jalan kenangan jalan raya kebun kacang tinggal pilih dah, ada indomaret sama alfamart juga. Saya pribadi agak kurang puas sih pilih hotel ini karena emang kemakan harga murah & pengen tau aja sih gimana fasilitas & lokasi nya. Karena tahun lalu saya juga booking hotel yang harganya sama tapi jauh lebih bersih, nyaman, fasilitas standar hotel 1 * & lokasi agak dekat belakang PI. So semua tergantung budget & kebutuhan kalian masing-masing yaa.

Strategic location near Sudirman office. The rooms are nice and comfortable but it would be even better if they were cleaned, a lot of dust. The bathroom is also dirty, rarely cleaned.

Worst experienced ever i had, the father in charge should have been trained first, even though he was old, bitchy and rude. A smile did not want to leave his lips. Looks like a former thug. Just busy chatting loudly with his gang friends without caring about the customer, the room is small and the walls are full of termites.

Bed service, everything is unsatisfactory.

Not clean. 3rd floor up stairs. Tired.

Not according to expectations .. waiters are not friendly.

There are no blankets, the towels are bad, the waiter is very lacking, the father is fierce, likes to be angry, there are no toiletries, not free mineral water, not recommended.

If you want to stay here, try to see if the rate is cheaper at the reception or traveling.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the place is strategic.

The room was pretty clean but in the toilet there was a small cockroach, the air conditioner was not cold, there was no water heater, no blanket, no toiletries and if the next room smoked it smelled into the room.

I like the place to be clean and quite spacious in each of the gangs and there are even comfortable sofas on each floor. But because I used to use Oyo, I usually provided blankets, soap here might not be available, maybe I could add trash cans and tissue.

If the scale 1-10 may I give 8, why? actually the place is comfortable, the location is not too noisy from the crowd, close enough if you want to shop to block a, you can, metro Tanah Abang, WiFi is very good, service is also good, just a pity for the room facilities are a bit lacking, there are no amenities such as toiletries or toothpaste, toilet tissue is not available, free drinking water in the room is also not there, basically the room facilities are incomplete, but overall for stay / transit 1 day is good enough, Hopefully it can be increased again.
